In Uganda many get orphaned at a tender age due to diseases such as HIV/AIDs, wars and brutality plus a lot more. Many children are left to fend for themselves and others burdened with the role of parenthood for the siblings. In such a situation, many opt for illegal ways to survive which sends many to prisons, addictions and more unpleasant places.

The project will establish vocational training centers strategically located within Buikwe district. HERE IS YOU REASON NEVER TO GIVE UP

A number of students have dropped out of school due to countless challenges and hindrances some of which are; insufficient funds to cater for their school fees/tuition, inadequate scholastic materials like text books, personal and essentials needs like pads for the females, among others. This lacking, is mostly brought about by poverty which has affected most of the families in Uganda hence having a number of humble families in the country and thereby creating a large number of school dropouts.

How can you get someone who can lead you to your goal?

A goal is an aim or objective that you work toward with effort and determination. Everyone in life must have a goal because goals help us live the life we want. It is very dangerous for one not to have a goal in life, because life will always be for them an endless pursuit. As you pursue your goal, know that whatever you plan to do, there is someone who has ever done it. Do not be deceived that what you are planning to do is new. Know that someone has ever done it before.

University Bursary Award for May 2023 Intake

University Bursaries are always awarded by African Soul Initiative every intake thought the year. African Soul Initiative has been doing this ever since the initiation of this Program after the lifting of the COVID19 total lock down from the economy. These University Bursaries are awarded to the best O & A Level students from families which have financial difficulties within our community.

At the completion of the training, certificates are awarded to the trainees.

At the completion of the training, certificates are awarded to the trainees. Five programs are covered in depth: Microsoft Windows, MS Words, MS Access, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Internet. A total of 62 participants enrolled for the training program, however only 22 participants managed to complete the whole package to receive their certification.
